Shooting Luxury Home Exteriors for Vilhauer Construction in Washington State
A peek inside my latest commercial photography project — luxury residential exteriors for Vilhauer Construction, a premier Pacific Northwest home builder crafting breathtaking custom homes in Washington State.
Clean Desk, Fully Charged — Photographing the Loma Living Modular Charging Dock
When Loma Living sent me their Modular Custom Charging Dock to photograph, I didn't have to fake enthusiasm — I genuinely use it now. As a photographer with approximately one million devices that all need charging simultaneously, this thing is a revelation. A few clean, high-end shots was the brief. Styling it with my own glasses, my PNW landscape phone wallpaper, and a journal I sell with my own art on the cover? That part was just fun.
Into the Woods with ORCA Coolers — A Hunting-Themed Product Campaign
ORCA Coolers wanted a hunting-themed lifestyle campaign — rugged, real, and rooted in the outdoors. I pulled together models, props, a full campsite setup in the woods, and one secret weapon: my dog Jasper, who is available to model and is, for the record, a very good boy. This is the kind of shoot I was made for.
On the Mat with Idaho Shaolin — Kung Fu Photography for a Website Update
Elder Master John Keller has been practicing Shaolin kung fu longer than most people have been alive, and it shows in every single frame. I headed to Idaho Shaolin for a simple website update — a few dynamic poses, a headshot, a featured student — and walked away with some of the most effortlessly compelling martial arts images I've shot.
Inside the Factory: Shooting Guerdon Modular Buildings
I was brought in by VSA Partners to photograph Guerdon Modular Buildings — and the reason they gave for hiring me stuck with me: they wanted images that were warm and authentic, and a photographer who could get the best out of people. Walking into Guerdon's factory and watching entire buildings take shape under one roof, I understood immediately why the story of the people behind this process was the one worth telling.
Oregon's Best-Kept River Bar Gets a Brand Campaign — The Cazadero x Fallon x KeyBank
Being hired by Fallon Agency to photograph The Cazadero for a KeyBank small business campaign was one of those projects that checks every box — a meaningful story, a stunning Pacific Northwest setting overlooking the Clackamas River, a kitchen full of personality, and a steak salad that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. This one was a good day at work.
Behind the Scenes at All Pet Complex — Veterinary Photography in Boise, Idaho
I headed to Boise, Idaho to shoot a full day of content for All Pet Complex Veterinary Hospital — a modern, beautifully designed clinic with a team that genuinely loves what they do. From exterior real estate shots and staff headshots to live vet appointments, a surgery, and the highlight of my day: photographing the staff with their own personal pets. It was one of those shoots that reminds you why this work is so fun.
Golden Hour at Zena Crown Vineyard — Willamette Valley Wine Country Photography
Zena Crown is one of those clients that holds a special place — I've been shooting with them for years, and the relationship has grown into something I'm genuinely proud of. My photography lives on their wine labels, and the logo itself was crafted from one of my images. When they called for an updated shoot capturing winemaker Shane Moore and the vineyard in summer light, I didn't hesitate for a second.
Inside the Hangar Flight Museum
When the Hangar Flight Museum in Calgary reached out about capturing their summer programming, the brief was simple: real kids, real families, real wonder — set against some of the most visually stunning historic aircraft in Alberta. As a Calgary lifestyle and family photographer, shoots like this are exactly what I love — no staging, no stiff poses, just genuine curiosity and joy in an incredible space. The Hangar Flight Museum delivered on every count, and the resulting images are some of my favorites of the year.
Itz'ana Belize Resort
I was brought to Placencia's southern peninsula to create photos and content for Itz'ana Resort & Residences — a luxury property where the Caribbean reef meets the edge of the Belizean rainforest. What unfolded over the course of the week was one of those rare shoots where the location does half the work for you.
Modern Fertility
Sometimes the best brand photography is quiet. Here's a look at a quick lifestyle shoot I did for Modern Fertility — the at-home hormone testing brand making reproductive health more accessible.

A mom, her baby girl, and a living room full of laughter — here's a look at the in-home lifestyle shoot I did for Yay! Mats, the foam play mat brand that's redefining what baby gear looks like in a real home.
Didn’t I Just Feed You?
Two food pros, a sprinkle cake, and a kitchen full of laughter — here's a look at the brand shoot I did for Meghan and Stacie of the Didn't I Just Feed You podcast, including the photo that became Stacie's cookbook author photo.
Thread and Canvas
A model, a golden retriever, and some of the most beautifully made canvas bags I've ever photographed — here's a behind-the-scenes look at my lifestyle shoot for Thread & Canvas in Nampa, Idaho.
Joyful Nest
Matching shoes for mom and baby, photographed outdoors with a real family — here's a look at the lifestyle shoot I did for Joyful Nest, a mommy-and-me footwear brand built around the bond between mothers and their little ones.
Cameoko
An Oregon river, handmade resin jewelry, and models who brought their full selves to the frame — here's a behind-the-scenes look at my shoot for Cameoko, and why representation in commercial photography matters to me personally.
Azura Jewelry
When a New York jewelry brand ships you your own birthstone to photograph, you say yes immediately. Here's a look at the styled product shoot I did for Azura Jewelry NYC — dreamy amethyst rings, pendants, and a whole lot of purple.
The Wine Spa
Portland just got its first wine spa — and I got to photograph the magic. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the commercial shoot I did for The Wine Spa PDX, capturing facials, vinotherapy treatments, and their iconic wine bath.
Kawaii Blankets
Hand-woven, weighted, and made for serious cuddling — I spent a day in a Portland bungalow photographing Kawaii Blankets, and it was exactly as cozy as it sounds.
Selfie Studio
A selfie studio — where guests come to create their own content — hired me to create theirs. Here's what it was like photographing one of the most visually electric brand shoots I've done in a while.
